Bounce/Bounce visit
In web analytics, a bounce is recorded when a visitor immediately leaves the site after consulting the page through which he entered. A bounce can reflect two situations for the Internet user: either the content was irrelevant to his request, or the Internet user found the information he was looking for. The “bounce” metric is used to calculate the rebound rate.
