Bounce rate
Bounce rate is a variable in digital analytics that shows the ratio between the total number of visits, and the number of visits that don’t go beyond one page.
A high bounce rate means your users are not staying on the site: you might consider revising your homepage to make it more engaging. This figure represents simple traffic, the rate of users who come looking for a specific piece of information, or users who decide right away that they’re not interested in your site. Entry rate is the perfect complement of bounce rate (the two metrics together represent 100%).
This rate is available for all analyses, and allows you to immediately determine all elements (sources, countries, devices, etc.) that may be preventing users from further browsing your site.
