Glossary
Conversion
The term Conversion is used to refer to the number of converted visits, which in turn corresponds to visits that have reached their goals, such as validated online registrations and confirmed purchases. For example, whenever an Internet user has reached 3 goals during the same visit, we consider the following:
- 1 conversion (visits)
- 3 conversions (goals).
In order to obtain this metric on your interface, you need to declare the conversions by going to Tools > Configuration > Goals and Sales > Goal Pages.
See also : Goal (conversion funnel) / Goal (Targets and sales).
